For the last ride of the year, I compiled a playlist of 15 songs from 2015. I structured the routine around a pyramid drill in the middle of the hour. The first half of class was based on the idea of climbing the pyramid, alternating between a hill climb and an endurance track three times. After that, we had our 15-30-45-60-45-30-15 pyramid drill, with 15 seconds of rest between each section of work. The latter half of class had us flying down the back side of the pyramid, with three endurance/sprint track pairings.
